'The stay at this resort was like staying in a piece of art. From the ceiling, the walls, the floor and the amenities everything was designed for a luxurious and peaceful experience. The customer service from every staff member was incredible. I highly recommend this resort for people looking for an unforgettable experience! 'Staff is great, place was clean. The room had ac/heat (nights are a bit cold 17/19c) and there was hot water for thee showers
4 stars only because I didn’t really enjoy the restaurant food. Drinks were good though
The beach is about 5 min walk from the front desk and there are beach chairs for rent and well as a couple of restaurants
Overall a really nice place stay'

'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'
