'The property is not very convenient for wheelchair-bound people to reach some places. Sometimes different staff gives the visitors contradictory information about how to get to certain places on the property. Turning on TVs and using the phone may be an issue. It took four days of attempts to solve the problem with the TV working with the Apple platform. Xcaret Arte app does not provide GPS orientation for visitors to the property. 'Check-in took a long time and Francisco the receptionist, could have been more honest and direct instead of looking for excuses. The stay itself was really good. 'Great spot for a trip. The resort had everything you could need. Felt safe the entire time. The all-inclusive made things easy. Food was hit or miss as expected but you could order 4 items to find 1 or 2 that were good. Service was excellent all around. Played golf at their Hard Rock Golf Club. That was NOT as good of an experience. Nice layout but the greens were punched and top dressed with a 1/2" of sand. That made it almost unplayable and not enjoyable at all. They never mentioned this...

'The catalonia riviera maya was beautiful. Resort is beautiful, clean. Pools are great. Restaurant food is all delicious. Buffet could be a bit better. We went in june so off season and a lot of times a la cartes would be closed several times a week. If you didnt go to breakfast by 10 it was difficult to eat before supper we really had to plan meal times. Bartenders could have been friendlier but everyone else was lovely. Such a relaxing and lovely resort. Will definitely go back.'
