'This was our second stay at Barcelo Maya Palace. We love having so many options and being able to play at each of the resort's pools, water slide parks, and beaches. The resort's location is also so nice and close to the Xplor and Xel-ha parks. One disappointment this visit was we weren't able to get a reservation at the teppanyaki restaurant, even thought we inquired when we were checking in.'

'Excellent all around, the best part no children, don’t even bother visiting the other complexes unless you just wanna hear children screaming every second of your life. The adults only hotel is also very modern and way way way nicer! No need to leave the hotel. We enjoyed the free upgrade to the room with the swim up pool! Will definitely come back!'

'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

Strand en zee erg mooi, hoewel er in de zee veel (grote) stenen liggen en je even moet oppassen als je erin loopt. Je ligt onder een palmboom op een wit strand, super.
