'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Can’t say enough about this resort. 5 stars. From its location, amenities, service teams everything was fantastic. I think my only complaint would be confusion over dinner reservations. If you are not eating at the buffet you will need guest services to make dinner reservations for you. They must be made min 24 hours before and fill up quickly. We weren’t advised this during check in. I recommend to visit guest services to make all your dinner reservations sane day as check in.'
