'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'We had a fantastic vacation. We had access to most of the property due to booking through Expedia. The beach at Kantenah was the best spot and Alejandro took care of us every day we went to the beach! The restaurants were great and the staff everywhere were all very kind and accommodating for all of our questions in concerns. The rooms were very clean and the maid service kept everything stocked for us everyday. We will definitely be back in the future and would recommend this resort.'

'The little cabana has very comfortable bed, ac, kitchenette and hot shower! I think we had the best hot shower during our trip. I love the jungle with the duck. The pool was perfect.
