'We had an amazing stay at this resort. From the moment we arrived, everything was excellent. 'Our stay at TRS Yucatán was good. The highlights of our stay was the service we received and the properties we enjoyed. The food was sub par especially at the restaurants for dinner. The breakfast buffet at Helios was the best. The room was good but the AC wasn’t working well so we had to ask for a fan which they accommodated us with. Overall good experience but it was a bit pricey for what we got. I expected better quality food.'

'Property is very well kept, authentic decor vs modern which was very nice. Staff and service was excellent, food was great, not 10/10 as some is hit or miss, but many choices. I would say only thing lacking is more music by pool daily & entertainment in the evenings. If you perfer relaxing this resort is 10/10.'

'More comfortable beds. Place was great clean, nice neighborhood quiet. Wonderful area love all the convenience of the place in PA . But definitely needs comfortable mattresses. Loved the host. '

'Food was great, property was clean, staff were helpful and kind, showers are fantastic, and we would go back with the following knowledge- Distance- this property is large and many rooms are a solid 1/2 mile walk to the main food and amenities. We had to get a new room for my 85 year old mother who could not walk that far. The rest of us just got blisters. Shuttles are available but wait is often more than 20 minutes. Staff worked hard to accommodate my mothers mobility limits Air...

'Buenas instalaciones y comidas. Playa inutilizable. Pocas opciones para bebidas y alimentos durante el día ya que habían quitado el servicio de uno de los buffet más importantes del white sand y te enviaban al colonial. Transporte entre sitios del hotel un poco caóticos, preferimos caminar.'

'This is a very unique hotel in the area of Puerto Aventuras, an area that is otherwise quite dominated by big chain resort hotels. The staff are exceptionally friendly and makes you feel like you're part of a family rather than 'just another tourist'. Breakfasts are amazing! Rooms were clean and comfortable, great design of the hotel inside and outside. You can also use their bicycles which is a fun way to go around the town.'

'Sand volleyball was fun. Kenya the instructor was very nice and made it fun. The only downside was the seaweed didn’t allow Us to enjoy the beach water as much as we would have liked to.'
