'Hi, Having breakfast in the "Adults Only" restaurant with Carlos each morning was great. He was very attentive, pleasant and the service provided was great. Angel, at the pool bar, remembered our drink order and we were always greeted with the smile. The dinner and service at the Lemon Fish was great! 'WI loved that they made my birthday one to remember they upgraded my room and decorated it with balloons gave me champagne and chocolate I really felt so special thank you Playacar !!! What I didn’t like was the food menu wasn’t always good but breakfast was always good The alcoholic beverages was a 4 out of 10 drinks were all watered DOWN Friend and I had to go buy a bottle they were terrible the shows 4 out of 10'

'Housekeeping was great. Butler was not available right away as informed. We had to tell someone else and they sent a WhatsApp chat vs visiting and showing us room. Once the sales girl walked us to check in desk and we declined offers they didn’t pay much attention. Once we got a hold of the 7 butlers they helped in chat only. Place is big and food was good. We figured out how to get around and other staff was friendly enough to help. Art classes were fun. Expected a bit more for what we paid....

'Een heerlijk hotel direct aan een prachtig strand! Leuk zwembad, genoeg keuze aan eten en schone kamers. Het enige probleem was dat er een rioollucht in de kamer aanwezig was. '
