Yair is very polite, positive, helpful. He has good communication skills. Most important he always smiles and this reflects on the guests.'

'Fantastic big rooms and pool facilities. We didn’t like the impersonal check-in, many questions of the waiters, no drinking water in the room, renovations works with a lot of noise. There should be more food options. '

'The property was beautiful. Wish the beach was more accessible, but wasn't a big deal. Pool was fabulous and our waiter Juan was amazing. He took great care of us during our entire trip. He made sure we had chairs each day, water, food and drinks. Only negative thing I could say is the pool chairs are uncomfortable, but I would absolutely go back again. '

'Overall I’d give it 4 stars. The staff was amazing. Bell boys and the little shopping center inside the resort were awesome. Some of the downs were some of the cleaning ladies were really rude when I tried to be friendly and say good morning. We had a junior suite and the water pressure was not that great. It would turn hot and cold when it wanted to. Found a few live bugs. Spider, gnats and looked like a small beetle looking insect. Overall okay resort. '
