'Villa Hurakan was the perfect choice for our family of 13. Every guest had their own comfortable bed and private bathroom, with multiple lounge areas and six pools to enjoy — plenty of space to relax by the main pool or find a quiet corner. The air conditioning kept the villa cool even on 90 days.Check-in and check-out was easy. 'We absolutely loved our vacation at Casa Chaca. Jaime, Guille, and Zaydi were all so helpful in making our stay comfortable. Even with the seaweed, we were able to snorkel and kayak. Jaime cooked for us a couple of nights as well. We will definitely go back! '

'The outside of the property was beautifully built. However, as soon as we walked in the house was musty and smelled like mildew. This could be remedied by turning on the A/C and would have been fine, but we also had issues with the upstairs A/C. The A/C in the master bedroom kept turning off and would not remain on. We even had condensation from the A/C dripping down the walls and making puddles on the ground. There are three showers and you aren't able to shower more than 1 person at a time...

'Five adults, teen and pre teen. Private, secure, with just the right amount of indoor family space and outdoor lounging and pool play. Caretakers are wonderful and responsive. Close to Tulum and many sightseeing and action activities. Newly built Tulum Airport was a bonus for us. Our only dislike was the condition of the road. Very rough and bumpy getting to the villa at the end of the road.'

'The house is spacious and beautiful. The pool was refreshing. We were grateful for the free WiFi and free parking. We truly enjoyed our stay. Some suggestions: Better communication to the security guards about guests coming would help. Many of the guards were not even aware of this property, and none of them spoke English. 'We had a wonderful time at Casa Tortuga! Perfect location and space for our 10 guests ranging from ages 15-45. Samuel and Marisola are angels from heaven that made our stay very memorable and special!! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday and had great family connection time. Every meal was delicious and the housekeeping made it a very relaxing trip!There are many nearby Cenotes and ruins that are worth visiting.We will definitely come back but not in sargasso season! '

'The house is great. Every room has a private bathroom and all of the rooms were a good size. The caretakers are very kind and friendly. They pop by daily to see if you need any cleaning done. We had them cook us one dinner which was fantastic and they also did a few loads of laundry for us. The road to get to the house is long and unpaved. We got used to this after the first day but it does take a bit to get to the main road. Our only complaint is that we came during the seaweed season. ...

'Lovely position with plenty of outside space for eating and sitting in a hammock and lying in the sun overlooking the beach. We were able to wander down the beach yo the Jungle Fish beach bar for supper if we wanted to eat out. A real highlight was snorkeling nearby with Green Turtles. The owner Jacob was very attentive and he and the groundsman Edgar did everything they could to make sure we had everythjng we needed including clearing the seaweed from the beach for us.Thank you'

Chabely and Snow did everything possible to accommodate us; from organising airport transfers, a cenote tour, private chef, scooter and ATV hire, restaurant bookings and looking after us beyond check out time. "Prachtig, luxueus hotel. We hadden een residentie met 4 kamers, dakterras met grote vuurkorf, eigen zwembadje. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. Je hebt wel een auto of taxi nodig om naar het centrum te gaan. Het personeel spreekt zeer beperkt Engels. Kortom, absolute aanrader, een echte parel!"
