'The staff was beyond helpful. I really liked the cozy little room, the bed was comfortable, everything worked within the room, there was hot water… I really have nothing to complain about. It is close to everything but very quiet for the area. I would definitely stay here again.'

'We stayed a few nights in room 5A on the 4th floor with a plunge pool on the balcony overlooking the jungle - the room we got is a two story with the bedroom and living room on separate floor. This property is amazing and very clean. There’s a 24 hour security at the entrance gate so felt very safe. There’s some construction noise near by but didn’t mind it at all. This place is a gem! Would stay here again. '

'The property is very nice! It’s located a little off the beaten path so some roads are undeveloped, but it wouldn’t deter me from coming back in the future. Pasqual, the property manager, was welcoming and waited for us to check in at 9pm. Be prepared to hear animal noises at night but overall, it was a pleasant experience!'

'I would definitely recommend this property. Everything was great. The staff was always kind and helpful. The facility was always clean and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Our room was always clean when we returned from our activities and smelled so good. We always felt safe and they had staff on duty all night monitoring the facility. The restaurant had the best food we ate on our whole trip. It was absolutely delicious and the waiter was fantastic. There is not one thing I can say negative....

'The area outside isn’t glamorous, but when you inside these enormous wooden doors, it’s incredibly impressive how they used fauna to create a truly unique atmosphere. What I REALLY liked was walking a block towards the water and there was an incredibly charming street of endless restaurants and cafe’s which contrasts the main road through town and the hoity toity-ness of the high end hotel scene. It felt super comfortable and I am VERY glad I stayed at this hotel.'

'Dit was het eerste hotel in 2,5 maand (21 hotels) waar ze persé mijn paspoort wilden en geen kopie accepteerden en ik de borg moest betalen die op de site stond. Staat er wel vaker maar dan hoeft het niet. Hierdoor vond ik het inchecken niet prettig. De rest van het verblijf prima, aardige medewerkers. Goed ontbijt, keuze uit 3. Appartement mooi. Zwembad op het dak met ligbedden en stoelen. '

"Prachtig, luxueus hotel. We hadden een residentie met 4 kamers, dakterras met grote vuurkorf, eigen zwembadje. Bedden en badkamers prima, leefruimte heel mooi enkel de keuken was zeer basic van kookopties: 1 kom, 1 pan. Het restaurant is een aanrader (wel prijzig), de poolbar is een pareltje, het zwembad is super mooi, er is yoga... Het is er ook rustig. Je hebt wel een auto of taxi nodig om naar het centrum te gaan. Het personeel spreekt zeer beperkt Engels. Kortom, absolute aanrader, een echte parel!"
