'Wonderful Stay at ICACO – Highly Recommend! We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The room was exactly as advertised: beautiful and featuring a wonderful view of the ocean. I especially loved the rooftop feature. The pool was a bit too hot to enjoy during the peak of the day, but it was still incredibly nice to sit in once the sun went down. 'The villa was very well stocked from kitchen to snorkels, fins, life jackets and kayaks. The location was close to many cenotes for swimming or just relaxing by the pool or beachfront.The staff was very helpful at all times. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hopefully we can return!'

'Casa Yaax is a beautiful property, and so peaceful that some days we just lounged there without going out at all. The gate at the back opens to a long path along the water, where pelicans and iguanas, and other wildlife can be observed. The pool water was always clean, and the ocean view was marvelous! 'The property was exceptional. Super spacious, I had 7 adults and 4 children including 2 teenegers, and we all fit comfortably in the house. Everyone had their spacewithout disturbance. The pool at your backyard, did not had to be right there to watch the kids because from the balcony in the shade you could see them. The washer and dryer was a plus. We could watch the durty towels and dry swimsuits. Convinient store beside the condos. And if booking tours 5he bus picks you up at the entrance...

'The house was great. The chefs and staff were incredible. The food was amazing! While much of the public beaches were covered in seaweed, this home had a clean beach and great access for snorkeling the coral reefs. '
