'We had a great family vacation. The patio had enough chairs for all of us and the beach was not crowded. 'The property was beautiful. Accommodations were great! We went there with another family. Ages of people ranged from 11-50. There was something for everyone to do. One of the best parts was having the full time chef. We planned to go out a couple of times to eat but after eating there a couple of times we changed our minds and never left to go out and eat! 'The place was clean and appeared exactly as it was listed. Suited our needs in a central location on Isla Mujeres. The host was fantastic! She provided a lot of helpful info on getting to the island by ferry. Also provided info on the bag handlers and taxi service. There is a book in the room that lists local places to visit and her personal reviews. We will stay here again'

'We had a great stay. Cheryl was very communicative and very easy to deal with. This house sits right on the bay and is just stunning to wake up to the sunrise every day. The rooms all have cold AC and the showers were always hot. It is truly amazing when you first roll into the private gates and just take the view in. Samuel takes care of the property and any requests or needs you may have. He speaks good English too and is great to work with. Maricela kept our place tidies up every single day....

"We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. There’s 2 pools and we hung out only by the chill pool because the other pool was more for smaller children and we liked that we had the choice for the more quiet version. All in all, we give it a 10/10, and we would definitely be coming back!"
