Cruises in Puerto Morelos

'The hotel is oké. It is not very good but it is not bad at all. It has a convenient location. No need to worry about sound nuisance because you do hear some music from a nearby bar but it was definitely not bothering us. The hotel is nearby the town center and all the restaurants. Nearby the beach and it has a lovely pool on the rooftop. The pool needs some maintenance and the glass panels need some cleaning. The hotel really needs to do something about their plumbing but there is some lovely...

'I personally would not stay here again. I thought the rooms were outdated and the staff wasn't very helpful. I have vacationed in Mexico many times and I have stayed at way better resorts.'

'Beech lovers be aware of a shallow waters at the beech, if you like pools they are great at this resort. The other con is that you can get coffee at the main lobby only compare to other resorts where they have it at the beech bar. All restorants have a grate food and service!'

'The most beautiful property I've ever stayed at. Immaculate views and amazing staff who helped with everything from restaurant recommendations to helping us get bike rentals delivered to the hotel. Mike at the front desk made us feel like family. The sunsets and sunrises coming in from the floor to ceiling windows were the nicest I've ever seen. Couldn't recommend more.'

'The room was clean and comfortable, and the food was pretty good at every meal. However, the property felt outdated and could use some renovations and better maintenance. The road leading to the hotel was in such poor condition that we initially thought we were going to the wrong place. The staff were generally helpful, but the service was average rather than exceptional.'

'We enjoyed the 10 days we stayed. There was quite a bit of construction/ renovation going on every day but we learned to deal with it. The room was very nice and the staff did a great job keeping it clean and neat. We will be going back in the future.'

'It’s was wonderful, great location, super friendly staff. Loved all the daily extra activities that were offered. Cons: tips were expected at every meal'

'Hotel & Beach Club Ojo de Agua is a perfect option if you are doing a round trip in Yucatan and don't want to spend your first night on arrival in Cancun. The hotel is not modern and the rooms might come across oldfashioned but it offers quite a decent value for money. What fully makes up for this is the location next to the beach and beach facilities provided. Also it is great they have a big pool so kids can switch from the beach to the pool in 20 seconds. Next to that they offer an amazing...

'Teveel bruiloften, laat in de nacht harde muziek en kabaal van mensen dior bruiloften. Min twee bruiloften per dag. Was niet fijn. Hadden wat beter verwacht van dit hotel.'

'Agréable d’avoir accès à une piscine quand il y a des sargasses dans la mer. On y dort bien et les serviettes de plage sont appréciées'

'Great hotel but the quality of food and restaurants could be a bit better. It is just not of good quality. French is not afrench Italian is not Italian Japanese is not Japanese. I fully understand as all of the staff are Mexican and are doing a great job in pleasung everyone.'
