'Amazing and friendly staff all the way around. Beautiful grounds that are well cared for and clean. Rooms are amazing - we stayed in the Emerald Suite and worth the price. Beach is not swimmable due to sargassum but that is no fault of the resort They are cleaning the sand constantly. Absolutely would recommend. This was our second stay and will be back'

'We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
