'The host had great communication, they did a grocery shop for us so that we had food upon arrival . We were a group of 19 , 10 adults and 9 kids and the place was spacious.It was a little dated but nothing major , there is no oven only gas stove top but we made it work , could use a new bbq . Overall it was a good stay and the host was great .'

'House was acceptable and nice, nothing too extravagant. While it has 7 bedrooms, 2 are secluded through a locked exterior door. The beach 4 blocks away, not 1. There is NO concierge as listed. The host was well-intentioned and responsive but it was rarely helpful. I picked the place because of a concierge, but still had to find and book everything myself. 'Ingrid, the property manager, was phenomenal! She was communicative, prompt, and help me plan a surprise for our party. The property is in a very safe place and accurately listed. I don’t think you can find a better place for the price. We had the best time! Will definitely be back! '
