'The villa is really, really nice! The pool, the space in the villa itself, the kitchen, outside grill and the location alltogether make this a perfect place for a holiday. 'One adult with mobility issues was not a problem. Main floor bathroom and bedroom with easy in/out access was great. This is a property that either requires a rental car, taxis, bicycle or a good deal of walking. We had 2 mobility scooters which easily provided transportation to shopping and local restaurants. However the beach requires either a taxi or Collectivo. The Collectivo's run frequently and will pick you up at the front gate. The draw back is they are fast and can be quite full which...

The showers had good water pressure, an important thing for us thick haired people. The A/C worked well throughout. Electricity turns off when you leave the condo. 'Casa Chloe was a great place to stay in Cancun. It was convenient for our large family. Issues with one A/C unit and the oven were resolved promptly. Proximity to the beach was great, taking the beach chairs and umbrella with us several times. Kitchen had all the tools necessary to cook, and we even cooked out on the patio grill once. "We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. There’s 2 pools and we hung out only by the chill pool because the other pool was more for smaller children and we liked that we had the choice for the more quiet version. All in all, we give it a 10/10, and we would definitely be coming back!"
