'The villa is run down - as we expected from previous reviews, but I think it's reasonably priced considering when it's a large group. I'm not sure the pool area is safe, or how clean the kitchen is but we had a nice time. Leo was really lovely and it gets the stars because of him. It's a shame the owners don't invest in fixing things up and investing in it because it has a lot of potential. '

'Not as advertised / not as described. From Day 1 the main pool’s filtration/pump was malfunctioning—extremely loud, then filtration was turned off and the water became dirty. The pool was never restored to usable condition during our stay. We reported the issue immediately and followed up repeatedly, but the host/management were difficult to reach and there was no real repair.
