The Space:

The villa unfolds across two levels plus a private rooftop:

· Ground floor: Open-plan living and dining area with a floor-to-ceiling black glass façade and double-height ceiling. The jungle is not just your view—it is your wall. Dark architectural finishes were intentionally selected to let the jungle remain the true focal point of every space.

· Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove (Teka stainless steel), iconic red Smeg refrigerator, small integrated freezer, and French press coffee maker. Pantry basics included upon arrival: water, coffee, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

· Upper loft: King-size bed with premium linens. Every window frames the jungle canopy, making waking up surrounded by nature part of the experience.

· Private full bathroom with designer fixtures and shower.

· Private rooftop: Big Green Egg BBQ, wood-fired soaking tub, and open lounge area beneath the jungle canopy—perfect for slow mornings, sunset dinners, stargazing, or an evening soak under the stars.

The final stretch to Tree60 includes 900 meters of well-maintained dirt road after passing beneath the Tren Maya bridge, easily accessible by any standard rental car or sedan.

•⁠ ⁠Jungle Life: Expect birds, butterflies, fireflies, and other small jungle creatures—this is their home first. They are not an inconvenience; they are part of the experience of staying immersed in nature.

•⁠ ⁠No AC: Off-grid solar property, the elevation, cross-ventilation, and jungle canopy keep the villa comfortable. High-consumption appliances are not compatible with the system, and we ask guests to respect this.

•⁠ ⁠Experiences: All experiences are private and available by reservation only. To ensure availability and proper preparation, bookings must be made at least 3 days prior to your arrival.

•⁠ ⁠Cancelation: All cancelations from VRBO are subject to a 5% fee due to transaction fees



HOUSE RULES:

* No parties or events

* Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM

* No smoking inside the villa

* Tree60 runs entirely on solar energy. Please avoid high-consumption appliances such as hair dryers, straighteners, microwaves, or portable heaters — these may compromise the villa's electrical system.

* Green Egg BBQ: use paper towels with cooking oil only to start the fire. Chemical starters and solid alcohol are strictly prohibited. Charcoal is not included.

* Do not leave food, waste, or open containers on the rooftop — this may attract wildlife.

* Please use only the biodegradable toiletries provided. Avoid chemical products that may harm the surrounding ecosystem.

* Access is through the 24/7 security gate. Always carry your access code.

* Drive slowly on all internal roads — unpaved surface, shared with pedestrians and wildlife.

* Walk only on marked jungle trails. Venturing off marked paths is not permitted.

* Drones are permitted only between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

* Respect local wildlife at all times — do not feed, chase, or disturb animals.

* No loud music or disruptive noise in common areas at any time.

* Do not remove plants, rocks, or any natural elements from the property.

* Dispose of waste responsibly and in designated areas only.

* Parking in designated areas only.

We value your peaceful independence and want you to feel completely immersed in the peace of the jungle. Tree60 is an independent boutique retreat, not a traditional hotel. There is no front desk or reception, allowing you to enjoy complete privacy, silence, and autonomy throughout your stay.
