Everything you may need as far as groceries is in walking distance, very spacious, inside the villa also has everything you need , The host was very attentive and responded soon. We had a last minute family member that lives in Cancun, my dad had not seen his cousin in over 35 years and that day was his birthday, since the villa is so safe with security , I called Linda and she was able to arrange for our reunion. 'The patio/deck is the best part of this property. We spent a lot of time on it. The beach and pool were frequently so crowded we could not get a chair or could only get one. The property has a nice beach and decent pool. Know that if you do not pay for the daily all inclusive it is dificult to have a true resort exerience with the ease of getting a cocktail at the bar while you are at the pool. The beds were not so comfortable. Overall if you want something that is big enough for a larger party...
