'I never received checking information arrived in Mexico no emergency contact number to call them. No office at the property. Communication is poor. They contact me next day 9pm with check info. Worst experience ever never coming back to Mexico'

'The hotel feels already quite old, and especially it’s very noisy. I think the sound insulation in between rooms should be much better, also my door was lightweight versus what they should be. I could hear every sound from the hallway, including early departures at 04:00 in the morning. Price is ok and the shuttle to the airport is very convenient, but I wouldn’t book again even for the night before departure.'

'Limpieza OK, No ok Te pueden y sacan copia de tu credencial de elector El acceso está muy restringido y solo puedes accesar con llave y lo malo es que solo te dan una y si quieres otra tienes que pagar por ella. Si quieres plancha tienes que dejar tu credencial. No hay cafetera y si quiere café tienes que pagarlo'

'Superruim en net appartement. Enorm bed in de ene kamer (kunnen 3 personen) en vrij klein 2-persoonsbed in andere kamer (krap met 2 personen). Keuken klein, maar enorme koelkast met vriesvak. Veilig en zeer servicegericht. Waterdruk wel laag. Warm water keuken niet best, maar op te lossen met waterkoker. Douchekop is gefixeerd dus niet in te stellen of af te halen. '
