'Our air conditioning was broke in both of our rooms the whole 5 days, we reported it 5 times to no avail. The basketball court one of the only extra things to do was under construction without any notice. Three of the restaurants require reservations and depending on the amount of days you stay is how many reservations you’re allowed…so we only got 2! Keys to our rooms had to be fixed at least twice a day. Spoke with management who said he was going to make notes, he did not! Didn’t even ask our...

'Nice and calm hotel in the hotel-zone Cancun. Very nice and clean beach. Staff is very helpfull. Would defenitly reccomend it! '

'The AC was small so it could not cool the room, we had to open the window and the door to get cool air from outside. Kitchen didn’t have microwave oven and the stove didn’t have gas. Utensils, plates and glasses were dirty and disgusting. Cockroaches crawl on the sink and cabinets. Bathroom looks filty too. This is the worst accomodation we had so far.'

'Geweldig hotel voor een mooie prijs'

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'No servía el baño , las sábanas estaban sucias , la calidad del departamento dejaba mucho que desear , en comparación con un hotel , me sentí frustrada , los hoteles tal vez le inviertes un poquito más pero tienes limpieza y servicio !
