'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Great room. The owner is clearly put attention to detail when designing and furnishing this room. The room is full of things you might need. Small things like plenty of USB plugs, kitchen utensils, a large bottle of water. There was even a first aid kit. The attention to detail made it a pleasant place to stay, and I found myself repeatedly being impressed by the room. After checking out, I realized I had lost something. The owner when above and beyond when it came to helping track it down....

'This property is amazing! We enjoyed waking up to the stunning views of the beach. The place and the pool were very clean. The kitchen came with utensils so we were able to cook food on our own. The mall and grocery stores are only minutes walk from the villa. Linda is an amazing host and has communicated with us all throughout. 'Hotel nuevo! Me siento satisfecho. Me hubiera gustado recibir un upgrade por mi nivel expedia , hoy antes de mi checkin noté que habían mejores habitaciones disponibles. desafortunadamente no tuve ningún beneficio Expedia VIP. Sin embargo el hotel es excelente. la limpieza y ubicación es lo mejor '
