'We were able to enter the apartment/condo style suite with ease, beautiful small pool to be by in the evenings, and lots of areas to walk around in. Easy to drive to main strip where the stores are. Hotel had a very attentive and friendly agent to communicate with via Whats App, who ensured our stay was comfortable and our needs were met. Thank you Rafael and staff. '

'Bij aankomst kregen we te horen dat het hotel vol was, ondanks onze reservering. Een ander hotel zou worden geboekt voor ons (ook al wist ik door eigen onderzoek dat dat vrijwel onmogelijk was). Er bleek uiteindelijk toch nog een kamer vrij te zijn. Het hotel is eigenlijk een verlaten winkelcentrum dat een beetje is gerenoveerd, ook al is dit niet te zien aan de kamers, maar wel aan de rest (zoals een niet werkende roltrap met een tapijt er overheen). Er was geen prullenbak, Badkuip werkte niet...

'Het hotel en de kamers zijn schoon en service gericht. Het personeel is heel vriendelijk, en het hotel is op een a1 locatie met restaurants om de hoek. Er is ook een veerpond op loopafstand van het hotel dat naar Isla Mujeres gaat met bounty witte stranden en lichtblauw helder water(echt een aanrader) Wij hadden niet all inclusive geboekt omdat wij graag lokale restaurantjes bezoeken. Enige probleempje dat ik heb gehad was dat ze mij in een kamer hadden gezet zonder zee zicht, terwijl ik een...

'What a beautiful property! Fabulous pools, perfect beach set up with palapas , attentive staff everywhere . The one bedroom over looked the ocean and zero gravity pool , and what a great place! By the way, travel is after the problems in Puerto Vallarta , Baja Tijuana etc- there is zero problem in Rocky Point. '

'All the suites have spectacular views of the ocean and city. The staff is very friendly and receive family friendly services. The facilities are constantly being cleaned. I looking forward to returning and building my relationship with this wonderful staff. '
