'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'

'Location is key, this room is located towards the center of hotel zone, buses will take you back and foward the entire area, playa Tortuga and the ferry to go to isla mujeres are across the street, area is heavy militarized for safety. Great vacation, this place was very affordable and enjoyable, I would stay there again if available in a couple of years.'

'Arrived at 11pm so pleased that the apartment was clean & ready to use. Staff were friendly & welcoming despite our language differences. I requested an ironing board & heater which was provided promptly. Location is perfect for food, drink & other supplies. Best of all was the eConcierge on WHATSAPP. I felt assured knowing I can contact ULIV Pulse Roma Condesa at any time. I will definitely return. Thank you. '
