'Hotel is wat ons betreft absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Eenzijdig eten met sterk wisselende kwaliteit. Kamers zijn wel schoon maar stralen absoluut geen gezellige sfeer uit. Zoals trouwens het hele hotel. Word bijna geen Mexicaanse en Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek gedraaid. Personeel wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!!! Ideale ligging wat betreft de malecon en de marina. Precies er tussen in. Zeer klein strandje. Wie daar voor gaat kan beter naar Nuevo Vallarta gaan. Wat betreft de omgeving echt...

Wij hebben genoten van het balkon, zwembad en privé strandje. Iedereen is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De lol die ze onderling hebben brengen ze over op de gasten. 'Our first room had plenty of problems, the shower didn’t provide the option for the rainfall only the hand held, the temperature in the shower kept fluctuating from hot to cold, the safe was defective, the sliding door leading to the balcony wasn’t opening and closing properly. The concierge was very pleasant and helpful, even assisting my family to change to another room. Overall experience was top notch. '

"The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
