'Llegamos a las 3 pm y había una fila enorme para darnos la habitación, a las 5 nos dieron dicha habitación nadie nos dio ni agua en las 2 horas de fila esperando en la piscina solo cervezas y agua de limón había para cenar fatal una fila para entrar al bufet y adentro solo 3 tipos de carne ,solo arroz blanco y poca muy poca variedad de alimentos el pan viejo y olía mal ,el desayuno estaba un poco mejor pero de veras en general hasta ahora a sido mi más amarga estancia en los más de 60 hoteles...

'A nice small-scale resort with an excellent view. The place could do with some maintenance (paint coming off the walls and mould here and there). Also disappointing there is no restaurant (although there is an external restaurant onsite that serves decent breakfast). We spent the first night of our Yucatan trip here, which was nice enough, but wouldn't recommend it for long-term stay.'
