'I absolutely love the Hard Rock in Cancun! The staff is so friendly and always willing to assist in any way with positive attitudes. The bar has a great selection of top shelf drinks. The live music every night is a plus. Finished early so if you’re kinda old like me you get to bed at a decent time. Room service is included in the all inclusive so it’s nice to order a coffee or green juice and sit on the balcony and take in the view! It’s kid friendly but not too many kids to drive you...

'I honestly would not stay at the Occidental Tucancun again. The only real positive was the staff — everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and hardworking. Unfortunately, the resort itself was a huge disappointment. The biggest issue was the food. For an all-inclusive resort, the dining options were extremely limited, and most of the food tasted bland and low quality.
