'The one bedroom apartment is quite large with the kitchen a dining area, a living room seating area and TV which we never used. We had a large room with two regular size beds. 'De studio heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en een leuk balconnetje. Zeer praktisch ingericht en een heel goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. De hoofdkussens zijn vrij zacht, maar voor de rest was het bed zeker prima. Het ligt op wandelafstand van het centrum, maar net te ver om meermaals per dag op en af te wandelen. Er zijn wel busjes.'

'Echt een geweldig huis! Van alle gemakken voorzien, super compleet maar ook gewoon echt prachtig. Zo mooi van stijl, heel ruim. Fijne binnentuin met zwembad en een fijne plek waar je kan zitten. Wij genoten iedere ochtend van ons ontbijt in de tuin terwijl onze dochter al ging zwemmen. Je kunt het verblijf makkelijk bereiken en vanuit hier vele mooie uitstapjes maken, fietsen op de autovrije zondag in Merida was ook top. 'Los departamentos son nuevos y estan a dos cuadras de la playa. Estan algo alejados del centro de Chelem, pero en esta zona hace falta carro de todos modos. Hay un restaurante muy rico en la esquina. El area de piscina esta bonita. El area es muy tranquila y Gerry estuvo al pendiente de lo que nos hiciera falta todo el tiempo. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para preparar comida y esta decorada muy bonita. Los espacios son grandes y las habitaciones tienen aire acondicionado.'

'Pésima experiencia. Expedia confirmo la reserva, pero el establecimiento jamás envío indicaciones de check in ni contestaron mensajes, ni al número que se indica contestaron. Se nota que no hubo comunicación entre Expedia y el dueño de la casa. Porque incluso el dia de la llegada Expedia seguia mandando mensajes de bienvenida y al llegar a casa de Cortes indicaron que no había lugar disponible para esas fechas'

"Bij aankomst direct gevraagd naar de parkeerplaats, welke om de hoek bleek te zijn. Wat, naast de centrale ligging, een van de redenen voor de keuze van dit hotel was. Het personeel was behulpzaam bij het inchecken wat verder vlekkeloos verliep. De kamer viel echter flink tegen. Het enige fijne op de kamer was het bed en de airco. Verder leek het vooral de nodige aandacht te hebben gemist. De badkamer was op meerdere plekken afgekit, een heleboel roest/corrosie op de douchekop en deuren. Een wc die bleef lekken en af en toe niet goed kon doorspoelen. Ook was deze kamer, gelegen aan de straatkant en ook nog eens bij de lift vrij gehorig. Een andere tegenvaller was dat er geen watertappunten zijn, er niet standaard een fles water op de kamer staat, maar dat je deze moest vragen bij de receptie. De locatie en het personeel valt weinig op aan te merken. "
