'Excellent property, we've been visiting for 15 years and we love it. This time though the staff seemed disconnected and rude. We are always welcomed with a glass of sparkling wine, this time just a bottle of water and then served the wine just when asking. We travel as a big family and booked a studio and a 1 room suite, and as everyone who knows this property also knows this types of rooms when together can be connected as a big apartment. We were told we had them together just to find out this...

'The food was of good quality, fresh fruit and juices everyday, 2 or 3 restaurant to make election, little bit salty some, or water drinks were sweety, three meals, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Margarita drinks missed Cointreau that make it more tasty. Avenida cocoteros is a nice place to walk in the morning, just observe caution, car drivers are very uncared when you cross the street'

'A nice pueblito style resort. Simple but clean rooms and a great staff. There are enough restaurants (buffet and a la carte) with enough to choose from. Hygiene is checked very well by the restaurant. Enough swimming pools to find yourself a quiet spot and a nice beach.'

'I have nothing but positive feedback when it comes to the staff, and the attention to their guests. They all work hard to accomodate as best they can The administration however does not truly assure the safety and well being of their guests. My biggest critique is for the lack of care of the largest gathering place = The Pool. There are patches of tiles throughout the entire pool with black mold, which is a health concern, not to mention that in that same area, there is one large area...
