'We stayed on the 7th floor looking east. Nice view balcony was nice. Room very clean, fridge restocked everyday, lots of food choices and top food including the buffet. The gym was small but did the job. Lots of pool exercises and games throughout the day. Not many servers but still the walk never hurt to the main bar. RUEBEN is the TOP bartender, polite friendly patient knows how to make every drink out there. The shows were good to watch, the karaoke was the best, so much fun to watch too bad...

'This was a very family friendly resort. The staff was very accommodating and attentive and the pool was a huge hit with the kids. We found the buffet to have excellent variety. There was something for everyone. The little poolside grills were great for lunch and snacks. The specialty restaurants are hard to get into. But we managed to do one during our stay. The beach was good and there was a lot to do if you choose to. Overall, a very positive experience.'

'Había una cucaracha en el baño reporte y no hicieron la fumigación el Servicio de comida a la habitación se les olvidaron las alitas y las llevaron 1 hora después al otro día nadie se hizo responsable q nos habían dicho q nos darían un desayuno'
