'Balcony faced the street, so much more street noise than in past. Also, was just above area where staff stores suitcases, and timeshare people are busy organizing clients, so voices and smokers’ smells drifted up to our room. Did not spend a lot of room time, tho. '

'First of all they did a cute towel cake with flowers on the bed for my boyfriend’s birthday. Originally I had booked a restaurant off site for his birthday but the food was actually so good that we just ate at the restaurants at the all inclusive. There was also a jacuzzi on the balcony which we weren’t sure was included with all bookings but we were super happy to have it. The pools are very clean and maintained well - lots of employees walking around cleaning and checking for cleanliness. All...

'Hotel was a bit dated but was very clean and staff are very helpful and courteous. Great location on the beach, great pool area and the property has lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance around rhe marina boardwalk. We had a small leak issue with out intial room but the manager Damian was great and had us switched into another room which had a way better view. We will definitely stay there again.'

'We loved that the resort campus as it was very self sufficient with many activities and options for dining and quick ride to the beach and some amazing views of the mountains and the ocean! On few occasions given BON park is under construction the waiting time for the shuttle was bit tricky but mostly no issues as teams were very accommodating. When our kid fell ill the concierge were able to help bring a doctor in short notice which was very helpful given this was our first trip to Mexico and...

'Friendly and professional staff, starting with bell boys, front desk. The ocean is perfect to swim and soft sand, no rocks. The food is very good. Ocean Breeze has a good laundry room for guests. '
