'The hotel itself is fantastic. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, the amenities including the gym and spa are both outstanding. Carlos who provided service by the beach was incredible. 'Staff was very attentive to our needs the amenities were excellent. The special restaurants to reserve was excellent. Their buffet has suffered since the last time I was there I give it a 3 out of 5. But their staff at their buffet were really friendly. The only problem that I had was a bartender did not want to serve me a drink because the bottle wasn’t open which seemed senseless.'

'Ligging fraai maar grote afstanden te overbruggen tussen kamer / restaurant / zwembad. De golfkarretjes service is een uitkomst en ze halen en brengen je waar en wanneer je maar wil. Eten zeer matig (voorgekookt uit warmhoudbakken) en de restaurants kunnen het aantal gasten niet aan. Gevolg: lange rijen om überhaupt naar binnen te mogen voor ontbijt of diner en door de drukte vergaat horen en zien je en lijkt het bijkans een kids club. Personeel beaamd dit en poogt er het beste van te maken....
