'La habitación que nos dieron estaba junto a la cocina, la alberca, el comedor… el lugar más ruidoso que pudieron encontrar, en mi reservación decía que entraba a las 2pm pero no los dejaron entrar hasta que fueran las 3pm, sin estacionamiento.. a las 6:45am pusieron música súper fuerte.. el lugar más caro, la habitación más pequeña y con un ruido tan fuerte que fue la peor opción para descansar. La atención de la recepción buena.'

'There was loud music played on the beach below until 4:30 am. There were no food options or any amenities onsite. The stair access to the room was sketchy and unsafe. This might be a great hotel for someone who just wants to party at the beach bars but not for anyone else. At best the hotel is 2 stars with a 5 star view of the beach with loud music drowning out the sound of the ocean. '

'We were very disappointed in the hotel. We were charged 4 star prices for a star 3 hotel. There was no blow dryer, no iron bathroom door was in bad shape. Breakfast and lunch was mediocre. However stall was wonderful,friendly,helpful and ready to help. We did not feel that we got our bang for our buck. Expedia should do their homework before charging these prices.'

'The room is super nice,the bed is very comfortable, the water in the shower was pretty hot,had a hard time regulating the temperature.The view from our room was very nice.Although,I should point out…that,there is no elevator and the steps are very steep and lots of them.'
