'I love this resort. It's well maintained, the amenities are great, the whole vibe is excellent. I have been here three times and have absolutely enjoyed everything about it.'

'Love at first sight The sound of the waves, the smell of the sea, the warm sun on my skin, the taste of an amazing cocktail great sunsets,… it all comes back when I close my eyes. What an amazing vacation! I can say that as well personally as professionally I have stayed in many hotels. But this one …. Oh my God! A new love is born. After being a loyal Palladium/Royal Suites Riviera Maya guest (6 times), and a great disillusion in the Royal Suites in Punta de Mita the week prior to coming to...

'We had a very bad experience at this property. This is the first time that I write a bad review for a property in Expedia. We booked a beach front unit; as we check in we noticed that AC and the two TV’s in the unit were not working; requested 3 times for this to be fixed and all we got were mediocre answers and was never fixed. Door to balcony wasn’t working so we could never enjoy the outdoor area we had in our unit. Shower head was moldy and everything in general is just old old old. The...

'The staff was great and the rooms were nice! We had the rooftop pool with our room which had an amazing view! The first two days in our room, the AC was not functioning properly and had to call multiple times to get repaired before requesting to move to another room. The food was very good! The main restaurant changed the menu every night which was nice. The other restaurants at this restaurant were outdoors, which is tough during the hot and humid times in Mexico. The other restaurants are at...
