'We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. 'Wij hebben hier een fijne vakantie gehad. Ruime kamer, schoon en supervriendelijk personeel. Minder fijn is het handdoek neerleggen om zonnebedden toe te eigenen. Het hotel zou daar beter op kunnen toezien.'

'The food from pajama party was cold and wrong. Transportation inside the facility would just pass by and not go to lobby to pick us up, It got to a point were lady’s standing by had to complain about the situation. They also never gave us the pictures they promised for the family slime. Other than that staff, food, entertainment, park, rooms bar’s was a 5+ stars'

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Beleefd personeel, heel schoon op het resort en in de kamer, zeer gevarieerd eten met verschillende restaurants om uit te kiezen. Heerlijk hotel! Ook de mogelijkheid tot het bezoeken van feesten bij een ander RIU hotel met gratis transfer.'

'I don’t know Spanish, and most staff don’t speak English, so that got interesting sometimes. There is no ability to get in the ocean anywhere around here. There’s construction going on a LOT. The noise at night was out of control! Gorgeous property, places needing reservations were great but it’s the same thing daily. Buffet especially:( very windy all day every day! It’s a one and done kind of place for me for sure! '

'Pool side setting was comfy, i enjoyed the pool. Room was clean, however the jacuzzi upstairs in my room was not clean, did not use even though i paid for it. The room door was squeaky, but they did come in fix it at my request. The staff was excellent, shout out to Krystel and Marco, those are the 2 names that stood out.'
