Nowhere was it clearly explained that these amenities required an upgrade. This upgrade was also supposed to include a butler, yet we never met or heard from this person our entire stay. 'We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. 'Check in was a complete NIGHTMARE! Even though I paid for the “Rock Royalty” upgrade, our room was not ready (even though we arrived after 3pm), staff tried to upsell me on a rooftop suite, and when I declined the upgrade I was told to return in an hour and wait in line AGAIN!
