'We really enjoyed our stay at the Hilton! My husband isn’t the easiest to please but even he had nothing to complain about. The hotel is out of the busy hotel zone, which we really liked. It’s very private and quiet. The staff is really friendly and up to help with whatever issues you might have. The food is great, there’s plenty of choice and it varied. The rooms are nice and clean. 'Our stay was at Moon Palace Sunrise with full access to Nizuc and limited access to Grand. Sunrise is very large and very populated. The pool is awesome.The food and entertainment are very good. But there is a need for more "grab and go" fooderies. The staff are all couteous and helpful. '

'Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is erg centraal gelegen. Het eten is lekker bij het buffet. Ik zou er alleen niet elke dag eten want dan eet je bijna elke dag hetzelfde. Parkeren is gemakkelijk en gratis. Wel is het hotel erg druk. Druk bij het restaurant, rijen! Ook bij het inchecken enorme rijen en chaos van alle drukte. Verder prima hotel voor een paar daagjes om je vakantie af te sluiten.'

'Staff was great, everything else wasn’t. We did not get the room we booked, gym was crowded, pool situation sucked. People go down and put towels on chairs at 7am and then show up around 12-1pm. There are signs that say you can’t leave your stuff unattended for more than 30 min but that’s not enforced. There was construction going on that was loud and annoying while at the pool. Food was ok. Overall just ok. Would not recommend and would not go back. '

'The hotel is very beautiful. However it seems like a catch to everything on property the “vip” experience staff literally harass you the entire time to purchase costly unnecessary things.We upgraded for $200 to the xhale package just to never really experience the upgrade. The roof too pool was closed for a “ticketed” party the restaurants are not open most days and the food was very underwhelming. I would not recommend this resort for the price or experience '

'The airport is very busy, and the directions for the pickup meet spot were not clear, but we found them by talking to another MTS rep. What they should do is simply tell you to exit the airport and go to taxi stand 51, instead of look for someone in kaki pants and a pink shirt which is very difficult in the confusion outside of the terminal. '
