'It seemed a very nice villa on top of the hills with a view. We were happy when we first arrived, though after 20 mins the electricity shut off, for 2,5 hours, in dark with kids, the team did respond real fast and the tech came by to fix the emergency light that didn’t work. Positives: - The view is very nice - the grounds are greener than on the pics - the house is quite large and rooms have good bathrooms, but villa 8 second bedroom is separate, weird! - the furnishing is nice wood, well...

'The flat was amazing, we definitely enjoyed the time we spent INSIDE the apartment. HOWEVER, the hotel management and concierge are COMPLETELY inept and made our entire stay unnecessarily frustrating. We received zero communication regarding what amenities were available to us, and only received answers to questions if using WhatsApp. Even then, responses would come hours later (even up to 24 hrs) and the responses were borderline rude. 'My care takers, Yvonne and Norman is what made my stay at North beach the most memorable! They treat their guest like family and make sure you are safe and fed with their home made authentic Belizean breakfast. Any issue I had they took care of it immediately. They kept me informed of any specials around the island and even invited me out to drinks and wings on my last day there. The retreat itself is so beautiful. the beachfront looks like a photo straight from a postcard. It is Amazing...
