'The Playa Encanto location cannot be beat. It is far away from the resort development at Sandy Beach so we had a big beautiful beach almost all to ourselves. The house itself was charming and quite comfortable. A couple of notes that might help future guests plan... I would not have been comfortable sleeping in the casita because it is separate from the house. That's personal preference. I probably would have let my adult children sleep out there together. The kitchen is not particularly well...

'We had a wonderful time in Playa Grande, truly a gem in this region. The location was awesome, close to everything yet quiet and private. It was clean, host was super available and easy to communicate with and great local recommendations. Definitely recommend and would stay there again for sure. '

'Very clean, well-organized, and cozy place to stay. Just a few minutes’ walk from downtown, yet quiet because it’s not right in the center. Excellent kitchen and fridge with everything you need to prepare snacks or meals. Several grocery stores are only a few minutes away as well. Very good coffee available all day! I’m a solo female traveler and felt very safe. I booked a room with a private shower on the lower level. Thanks for a great stay — I’ll definitely be back!'
