'I love this hotel. First of all, the staff are the nicest and made our stay so comfortable and at ease. They help coordinate everything, and provided us the utmost service. The room was huge, clean and with amazing balcony. The bed were so comfortable and the AC was the greatest friend of all - helped us survive the 90 degree heat outside. I would recommend for all of you guys to stay in this hotel when in Granada, Nicaragua. I’m glad I chose this hotel.'

'Bij aankomst kregen we een upgrade en een welkomstdrankje, heel leuk! Alles was positief, F&B was soms wel langzaam of dingen gingen fout maar ze zijn heel vriendelijk. Enige puntjes zijn dat het geen adult only is, we waren wel degelijk kinderen en die schreeuwden in sommige gevallen ook heel hard en heel lang dwars door de live muziek heen. Ook de wifi is niet heel sterk maar daarvoor ben je natuurlijk niet op vakantie.'
