'The hotel is just new and has all the potential for a great stay, but currently some of the little things just make it not a 5/5. Our room wasn’t clean (there were nail clippings in the sink!) and when we mentioned it to the desk, it took 2 days for it to be actually cleaned.. in tulum you basically go everywhere by bike, but a 2 person room only gets 1 bike.. so you still end up paying. 'The best resort !! The staff was expectational everything was clean and accommodating. It was my friends birthday and they held a private dinner which was beautiful. Julio was our concierge and go to person he was attentive and always updated us with activities and helped us with any questions or concerns. The best experience would recommend anyone who wants to have good time,food,and drinks to book a trip to secrets tulum.'
