'Great place to relax or to have lots of fun with entertainment during the day and various nightly shows that were amazing. We had the walk out pool with a comfy patio, Mario our waiter pampered us with top notch service, he was helpful with our special requests and went out of his way always🙏 this hotel is very Easy to get around to all restaurants and no need to reserve dinner reservations, we will be back'

'Be careful somebody from the staff took my mom purse from our table inside the buffet with her passport and money inside. 'When we arrived at the property, we learned that 2 out of 3 pools were closed. Our son was very disappointed after learning the kids pool was closed. The first day there was a total disappointment, closed pools, overcrowded not at all family friendly pool (the one left), felt like a spring break vibe if you know what I mean, no beach chairs in the sand. The room is comfortable and modern, however the bathroom is very weird with 0 privacy. Toilet and shower have glass doors without locks and gaps...
