'The staff were not friendly, they did not want to help you with anything. The pool bar did not open until 11 and there was no water available around the pool. Even though you have a wrist band you have to give them your room key for every drink order and then sign a receipt. No pool activities on the weekends, no live shows at night. Will not stay at this property again.'
