'Deze accommodatie ligt vlak aan het meer van Bacalar en heeft een eigen pier. Dit betekent helaas wel dat het vrij ver van het centrum afligt en dat het geluid van de doorgaande weg (inclusief toeterende vrachtwagens) continu hoorbaar is.
Op basis van de foto’s verwacht je in een soort jungle en oase van rust te verkeren, maar helaas zit deze accommodatie dus ingeplet tussen snelweg en meer.
Onze ervaring is ongetwijfeld beïnvloed door het slechte weer (veel regen en wind), maar het feit dat...

L’hôtel a 2 petites piscines et un ponton pour accéder directement à la lagune.
Même si la grand route est proche, une fois dans l’hôtel nous n’entendons aucun bruit.
Belle surprise lors du repas lorsque le chef vient préparer la viande et le poisson en croûte de sel à votre table !!!'
'Looking for the paradise on earth? We found it at MBH. What we loved most? 1) The direct access to the lake, where you can go kayaking or use a paddleboard in the early morning or during the day, enjoying the quietness and beauty of the lake and the surrounding nature. 2) The beautiful scenery in the jungle, far away from the crowds. 3) The room itself had everything we were looking for, we loved the friendly and helpful staff and liked the food at the restaurant. To conclude, we will return! '
'Excelente servicio, todo el personal nos trato de maravilla. Si no quieres batallar este lugar es para ti. La comida en el restaurante está deliciosa y el servicio de los meseros y recamareros de lo mejor. Se siente la vibra positiva de todo el personal. Los kayaks que te prestan están en excelentes condiciones y te puedes ir en el al cenote “cocalitos” que está a 5 minutos remando. La alberca muy limpia.
Nos volveremos a hospedar aquí en nuestras próximas vacaciones sin duda alguna.'
'I have stayed at Poza Clara Sanctuary several times, and it is the best small hotel in Bacalar. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The included breakfast is delicious, substantial, with plenty of options. The garden and pool area is beautiful and relaxing. It is in walking distance to the lagoon and center of town. I highly recommend this charming little sanctuary, and I will certainly return.'
