Duurzame hotels in Playa del Carmen

'Mooie locatie, vriendelijke bediening, goede kwaliteit van het eten en drankjes. Alleen jammer dat het strand aan het hotel zelf erg klein en minder goed gelegen is. Je kan wel naar het strand bij de nabijgelegen hotels die wel mooie stranden hebben, maar dan kan je natuurlijk niet genieten van de barservice.'

'We have been to several all Inclusives in Cancun. We never stay at the same one because we want a new experience but I already want to come back to this resort!! I really can’t think of anything negative. The only thing was just our location of our room. I wish it was near the party pool. I know now to ask for that next time. '

'The grounds were well kept. The room was large and clean. The food was delicious, and they asked about food allergies at every meal which is really thoughtful. The resort wasn't overcrowded at all so there was always space to eat, and we never had to wait to be seated. Carlos and Hugo were awesome servers! All staff and employees were friendly and helpful. There are a couple pools, access to the beach, and a few other places to relax in the sun. The pool bar did get a little backed up at times...
