'The staff here make it so amazing! It is an older resort and they have updated some things. The sidewalk around the outer buildings like 7 and 8 is really broken up. Can easily twist an ankle. 'From the moment we stepped off the plane this resort thought of everything! Not having to spend $150 on a shuttle to the resort was so nice, the resort is smaller which is so nice so you’re not having to walk miles for anything, especially with kids. 'Best hotel I stayed in during my whole trip to the Yucatan area. The hotel is guarded by security in the front and once in the courtyard, noticed a whole bunch of turtles on the property. The hitel is clean and refreshing and the staff was very friendly. The maintenance people were constantly working on the property, whether raking the sand or trimming plants. The hotel has a beautiful beach area as well as a pier you can walk right on, giving you access to Cozumels rocky and fish filled bottom...

"The staff is very friendly, and the rooms are cleaned very well every day. The resort is large and incredibly spacious, beautifully green with wildlife. I was a bit disappointed with the food. It could be more varied, in my opinion. There are several swimming pools and a private beach with bars where you can order good drinks. The adjacent Xcaret park is highly recommended for children, but definitely for adults as well."
