'We loved our stay at Villa De Rosas. Communication with Tony was terrific. Our condo was spacious and comfortable, and we loved being beachfront. It was close to many activities such as ruins, cenotes, and beaches. We needed to use two white noise apps on our phones and stick pillows in the wooden window slats in the bedroom to mask hallway sounds and doors closing, but this seemed easily do-able. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat!'

'It brings me no satisfaction to write this review. I'm hoping for a refund instead. We intended to stay three nights and only stayed one night. There were many disappointments and on their own it would not have been enough for us to seek another location but when we discovered the pool was closed we informed the owner of our disappointment and our intent to leave. 'Excellent stay at La Joya, Caribbean Jewel! Very comfortable beds and furnishings. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed cooking many meals. The balcony was perfect for watching the sun rise and relaxing. The building is maintained very well and the staff were exceptional. The location is perfect. In the middle of Half Moon Bay.
