'This is the second time we have stayed at this property. The owners have thought of everything you may need while visiting. We really like the location and the ability to use the dock for scuba pickups. The unit lays out nicely for a family of 4 adults. The patio is amazing - great place to start your day and enjoy the views of the ocean. The community is quiet and safe. The pools are very nice and the grounds well-maintained. We enjoy it very much and will stay here when we visit Cozumel again!'

'I guess the reviews are very mixed because of different expectations (and I guess Prices). We payed under 100usd per night in August 2023 and consindering that it was absolutly fantastic! If you expect a 5 star hotel you will probably be disappointed by one of the following things: mirrors weren't spotlessly clean, the bed was standing 90 Degress turned so it might be a bit short for tall people (but 2m wide), no room cleaning included, one of our toilets had trouble flushing (the swimmer kept...
