'The online photos do not do The Taj justice! Everything exceeded my expectations...a five star experience...the service is outstanding. The views are stunning...the beach and pool setting were perfect for my family. This is a luxury boutique hotel that checked all the boxes: close to great food, spa, shopping and always an open lounge chair available beach and poolside. The service and views are what make this place stand out.'

'We really enjoyed our stay there. You can't beat the fabulous view and being right on the ocean. The pool was awesome and there were always lounge chairs available. There is so many really great restaurants that are within walking distance which is great as Uber's are not allowed there and the price for the taxi's is a bit high. 'Stayed here 5 nights with my husband. Great places to stay, was clean, basic kitchen set up for cooking and location Location location right off 5th Ave, Starbucks, pharmacy, Oxxo and restaurants with in steps of condo. The only downside was that the mattress was a little to firm for my liking and there is no balcony or anywhere to hang dry wet clothes. I also didn't ask if there was a rack available so maybe there was one? I would definitely stay here again.'

'Great location within walking distance to bars, restaurants, shopping, groceries, Quinta Ave, ADO, etc. The condo is very spacious & kitchen is well equipped. Decent amount of storage space & a safe in the closet. I was working most days so it was important to have a comfortable work space. Internet was reliable and fast. I kept the sliding door open during the day for fresh air & left A/C off (there is a screen door to keep mosquitos out). There was some construction noise across the street...

'The condo, the building, the property manager all exceeded our expectations. Beautiful place, very secure, in a location that is walkable to everything needed for a fun filled vacation. Lots of room, two nice outdoor areas, 3 very large bedroom spaces (including the amazing penthouse). Nice breeze to help on those hot days. Would not hesitate to return to the beautiful place! 'Two items that I would like to have been different, first is the couch. It is a pullout bed, and was extremely uncomfortable to sit on. Secondly, the lack of english speaking TV stations. I've been traveling to the Cancun area for 20+ years and each place I've stayed had at least some news stations from the USA. I know these stations are available because the bar/restaurant across the street had them. The unit was clean, and a good location, but unless these two items change, I will seek another...

'Condo Manager Griselda was very helpful and communicated promptly before and during the stay with detail instructions via email and what’s app It was a very friendly and family environment, a couple of blocks from the beach and about 3 blocks from 5ave right across the street from a police station. It’s located towards the end of the road surrounded by condo and an XXO 7/11 and pharmacy next door. 'My husband and I stayed at this condo for four days. The pictures don't do it justice - it is just beautiful, spacious, clean, and perfectly located. The views are incredible - our morning routine was to walk to Ah Cacao for coffee, then sit on the balcony watching the beach area wake up. There is a narrow swimmable beach in front of the building, a much larger beach nearby that gets very crowded, and the 28th St beach is a 15 minute walk away. 'We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !'

'We enjoyed the ocean front condo and are hoping to come back soon. The master bedroom is spacious and is upstairs. Our daughter had a spacious bedroom on the main level. Gabe was the property manager and helped us with water and excursions. There were 2.5 bathrooms which was nice as well. The resort is not crowded at all, as resorts down the beach were packed. 'Hotel posada Mariposa is een echte aanrader. Centraal gelegen voor winkels en restaurantjes. Het strand is een kleine 10 minuten lopen dus prima. Ontbijt een beetje eenvoudig maar voor een redelijke prijs kan je er extra gerechten bij bestellen. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
