Flats in Playa del Carmen

'The area was perfect, just off 5th Ave but quiet. Beautiful treed area, close to beaches and packed full of wonderful restaurants. Condo was exactly what was advertised, clean, safe, adult only pool and private pool all were exactly what we were hoping for. Communication with staff was 100% professional, friendly and ever so helpful. We hope to be able to stay again, there was so much more we wanted to see and do. '

The views are stunning...the beach and pool setting were perfect for my family. This is a luxury boutique hotel that checked all the boxes: close to great food, spa, shopping and always an open lounge chair available beach and poolside. The service and views are what make this place stand out.'

'Such a relaxing 10 days. The condo was clean and in a perfect location. The view can’t be beat. We spent much of the time on the balcony drinking coffee in the morning or having cocktails in the evening. Had fun on the beach and at the pool. Staff is always attentive and friendly. It’s a 15-20 minute walk to town where there is plenty to do and see. We’ll be back. '

'There was a big miscommunication with how to gain entry into the condo. It was almost an hour before I gained access. I would look into getting a new shower head and have someone check behind the cleaners. I was washing my dishes and noticed the counter had not been cleaned from when someone spilled coffee so I cleaned that up my self. Everything was ok once I got a direct number to host. '
