This beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo on second floor on the more desirable side of Magia Beachside with elevators faces the turquoise Caribbean sea and has great views of the ocean and pools. It is one of the largest 2 bedroom units in Magia, and is on the preferred west side of building. Refurbished in 2016 with all new furnishings and conveniences. Large, private balcony off kitchen and living room faces the pools and Caribbean waters. Both bedrooms also have private balconies. Both balconies have new, comfortable lounge furniture.
Condo is 1400 sq feet with two large living rooms off the kitchen. One living room is set up with large couch, the other with 2 pull-out sofa beds. There is a king-sized bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom can be set up as a king-sized bed or 2 twins. Comfortably sleeps 6 people. Bedrooms are large and have wardrobes, seating, black out drapes, and floor to ceiling windows facing west.
The large kitchen with eating area is fully equipped with microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, cookware, glasses, utensils, etc. There is a marble table with chairs. Lots of natural light from wall of floor to ceiling windows facing east.
202B has marble floors and granite countertops, high ceilings, smart TV’s in living room and bedrooms, DVD player, international cable TV, Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, washer/dryer, safes in each bedroom, bottled water and more. One complimentary parking space in the underground garage is included. High end quality bedding, iron, ironing board. Bathrooms include towels, hair dryers, and magnified make-up mirrors. Zoned AC with controls and ceiling fans in each bedroom and living room.
On the acre plus common area, Magia Beach has 2 pools with a spacious outdoor area that includes a bar and fitness center, and open green space with lush tropical vegetation and chic seating areas.

Magia is 1 block from world famous 5th Avenue, Playa del Carmen's main street. La Quinta, as it is also called, runs parallel to the shore and is a pedestrian walkway for almost 3 miles. The avenue is lined with an assortment of restaurants, shops, bars, making it one of the best nightlife spots in the Mexico. As Frommer’s says, "it seems as if everyone in town is out strolling along La Quinta until midnight." You’ll find everything from Mexican, French, and Italian restaurants (with Italian chefs), Starbucks, and Haagen Daz a Nike store, to souvenir shops.
Major supermarkets are a quick 5 block walk (take a cab back for a few pesos or dollars) that have everything you need to stock the condo.
