'We had an amazing visit. The property was one of the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in and the property managers were very responsive. The unit was perfect for the five of us. The kitchen and bathrooms were well-appointed and had everything we needed. We loved the patio and dip pool and spent a decent amount of time out there. The location was great and we loved the area. 'We have rented this condo seven times over the last four years. It’s clean, contemporary, and has just what you need to prepare a few meals. The hostess greeted us with a bottle of wine and the first couple of days the housekeeping staff folded our towels into adorable animals. All staff members at Cancun Plaza are so kind and gracious. The pool is beautiful, the ocean is beautiful, the little restaurant down by the pool is awesome. You will meet great people from around the world! Pay attention...

"This was just a bad experience. To be honest, I don’t know how the score is this high. The rooms have no windows, well they do but it has plastic corrugated covers in front of it. So you can’t look outside. The rooms are outdated and shabby. There is no WiFi in the rooms, only at the pool if working. The pool is not that nice, water is was low filled. The airco leaked for two days, soaking up three towels. Low pressure water. Somethimes no water, the reception advices to right a complaint at that moment… warm water does not always work. Luggage's needs to be carried up by yourself. Three stairs. Sheets had stains. Red stains. You fill it in. Anything positive? Yes the garden is nice and the most beautiful beach on the side of the hotel. "
