'We stay at one of Barcelo Maya resorts at least once a year with Palace being our favorite. I'm scoring low our stay this year because how activities were run this year. Basically, activities by pool are followed per schedule, even if there is just one participant. Activities on the beach though are being canceled without any warning. Staff would come, interrupt games without any warning (there is a schedule board that doesn't get updated). I understand weddings on the beach are cool and bring...

'Prachtig, luxueus hotel.

'The hotel and our room was spotless and spacious. Really had the feeling we had arrived at a little tranquil, relaxation oasis of calm in the bustling city. The staf were always very helpful in any questions we had. 10/10 would recommend.'

'I was there for 2 night. I love this place look amazing and room was really nice and staff friendly. Everything perfect but only this I didn’t like when u have to check in they will take your whole hour for wait on front desk and there is lot a mosquitos other that place is amazing'

'Stained sheets, no drinking water supplied in the rooms, very small bed. Would not recommend. '

'cómodo, céntrico, limpio, personal amable..'

'Heerlijk verblijf gehad.

'The Grand Suite is lovely and the staff responded quickly to communication. It was not exactly what I expected as the description shows “private pool” and “private hot tub”. There was no hot tub. The plunge pool was chilly (not a bad thing as it was very warm outside) but as it was located on the first floor, it was very visible from the windows of the surrounding housing units and from the windows of the upper level rooms. So, no skinny dipping or sunbathing as it’s maybe not public but it is...

'Staff was very responsive and helpful! Amari was very beautiful will come again!!'

'Zeer goede ligging alles goed te bereiken. Mooie supermarkt aan de overkant. De kamer is simpel maar proper. Aanrader '

'The check-in went smoothly, and we really got our hopes up for staying at Irie. But during the first night is where the problems started. Irie stated that there would be security during the night when something was up. We didn’t expect we would be needing them, also since the hotel isn’t located in the ‘party’ area. We had to think again, the hotel itself seemed to be the party area. There is no supervision during the night whatsoever. Neighbors played loud music, people who weren’t staying in...

'14 dagen hier verbleven. Aan niets ontbrak het!'
