'Mooi ingericht. Centrale en toch rustige ligging. Terras met zitgelegenheid en hangmat. Airco en koelkast maken voor mij te veel geluid. Matras ligt op houten plank. Veel trappen geen lift. 'This is a lovely little gem on Cozumel—very laid-back and family-style. The property is run by a very friendly and attentive owner who is often on-site, which made the stay feel safe and welcoming. The location is excellent: walkable to the ferry terminal, main transportation areas, and many restaurants. 'Accommodations are very clean, great location, staff are very friendly and helpful. This Accommodation would be great for short term guests but falls very short on long term guests. I was booked for 7 weeks but was expected to go that long without fresh sheets and towels unless I was willing to pay for them. When I wanted to send my linens to Rush Laundry for much less than what they wanted to charge me, I was told that I couldn't send their property out...on the original booking it stated that...

'There was no ocean view unless you were on the top floor and you looked between the trees. However, it wasn’t too far a walk to the ocean. There was really no reception area and it was difficult to find because it is located off of fifth Avenue, but you have to access it through the tequila store or the bikini shop. I drove around in a taxi, quite a while, trying to find it. But once you got in to the property, it was a funky, older Building It reminded me of a place where I went on a yoga...
