'Beleefd personeel, heel schoon op het resort en in de kamer, zeer gevarieerd eten met verschillende restaurants om uit te kiezen. Heerlijk hotel! Ook de mogelijkheid tot het bezoeken van feesten bij een ander RIU hotel met gratis transfer.'

'Ligging fraai maar grote afstanden te overbruggen tussen kamer / restaurant / zwembad. De golfkarretjes service is een uitkomst en ze halen en brengen je waar en wanneer je maar wil. Eten zeer matig (voorgekookt uit warmhoudbakken) en de restaurants kunnen het aantal gasten niet aan. Gevolg: lange rijen om überhaupt naar binnen te mogen voor ontbijt of diner en door de drukte vergaat horen en zien je en lijkt het bijkans een kids club. Personeel beaamd dit en poogt er het beste van te maken....

'My experience at Hyatt BB Island Cancún was one of the worst I have ever had at a hotel. During my stay, I became seriously ill with severe vomiting and diarrhea and had to seek medical attention at my own expense. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s response.
