'Ligging fraai maar grote afstanden te overbruggen tussen kamer / restaurant / zwembad. De golfkarretjes service is een uitkomst en ze halen en brengen je waar en wanneer je maar wil. Eten zeer matig (voorgekookt uit warmhoudbakken) en de restaurants kunnen het aantal gasten niet aan. Gevolg: lange rijen om überhaupt naar binnen te mogen voor ontbijt of diner en door de drukte vergaat horen en zien je en lijkt het bijkans een kids club. 'We were surprised to see how clean the place is along with how helpful and hardworking the resort employees are. We were there for 5 days but after the second day already thought we should have booked for 7. It’s a great place managed by very competent people. Food is abundant and variety for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks in between along with free soda and alcohol.. pools were cleaned every day and security is tight .. we just loved the Riu resort.'

'The best part about the property is the waterpark for kids. Otherwise the property is falling apart and there seems to be little to no maintenance. I had a very long wait when we arrived and the power went out for 12 hours on our last day. There was no proactive communication from the staff about when it would come back on or what assistance they had avuduring the power outage. It was very disappointing stay. Won’t come here again.'

'My stay at the hotel was terrible. I would NOT recommend staying at this property. Half of the restaurants weren’t even open or available during my stay. The quality of food at the hotel was extremely poor and there’s very limited selection of food offered. They can’t even make half decent bread and eggs, which is all you need to know about their dining options. The AC in rooms cannot be adjusted, which was really inconvenient and frustrating.
