Hotelresorts in Puerto Vallarta

'Amazing location'

'The location was great and the view was beauitful!'

'Love the service they had:)'

'This was our first visit to this hotel and to the area. Riviera Nayarit is beautiful, with warm, very swimmable beaches, which is not the case in Puerto Vallarta. The resort was beautiful, our room was on the 10thfloor, below the infinity pool and casual restaurant on the top floor. Food was great in every one of the restaurants. The service was amazing; everyone was friendly and helpful. We sat thru a 90 minute (more like 2 hours) presentation to their travel club because we wanted one of their...

'The staff that I dealt with were all very friendly and helpful, however several did not speak much english. Room did not look like pictures, was a bit run down. All restaurants are outside where there are lots of birds trying to eat the food, and food options were a bit limited. The beach area is quite small, and during high tide there is no room to sit on the beach at all. I think this place is best suited for Spanish speaking families looking for a quiet trip, however if you do not speak...

'We had a nice stay. We did have hurricane rachel make a visit while we were there and they had to close the pools, but to accommodate they opened the hotel adjacent to them. So we were able to get experience both entertainment and pool experience. I must say the music at this hotel and entertainment was lacking compared to the other, but the outdoor bathrooms at this hotel were 10/10 where the other definitely needed upgrades. Before the hurricane came we were without hot water two nights in a...

'Josue, the Preference Club employee, failed to do his job, as did Iliana, the manager to whom I reported the issues. The pool water and the tennis court were extremely dirty. The quality of the food and drinks was not very good. The building shakes and sways significantly—especially when a strong wave hits—which was actually frightening. Alejandra, the person who cleaned our room, did an excellent job. The quality of the shows has really declined. The youth area was closed without prior notice...
