Positief: Netheid, staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Came here on the recommendation of a friend as I usually stay in the area but my hotel didn’t have availability for my full trip. Boy am I glad I only stayed here 2 nights. Overall great location and nice smaller property. Rooms were nice and clean and modern but my patio had zero view and at least once while I was in my room maintenance walked through it to water plants. Room was just off the main lobby area and was extremely noisy all hours of the day and night. Despite signs saying silence please I was woken up multiple times during the night from music and absolutely obnoxious people. Bell boys were rude and indifferent, couldn’t seem to care less even when tipping them. Front desk staff was lovely and efficient. Pool waiters were hit and miss. Disappeared for a long time, and then offered people nearby drinks but didn’t come to you, again even when tipping. Often had to go and get my own drink. Chairs at the pool were limited, people occupied chairs but didn’t come back for hours despite hotel saying they remove after 15 minutes, they absolutely did nothing. Went to sit by the beach but then get bothered by the beach vendors and even less frequent service. Bartenders got my drinks wrong at least 3 times, Giving me something I didn’t order. Pool bathrooms were disgusting. Soaking wet, smelly and toilets unflushed. Buffet service was excellent but the food not so much. Lots of repetition and quality below average. Many dishes were watery and unflavourful. Sunset restaurant
