'The staff was amazing, the resort was always super clean, and I relaxed the whole time. The worst part of this resort was that the family pool had a swim up bar full of drunk adults, meanwhile the "adult only" pool looked a lot more Family friendly. The food was disappointing, aside from there diner by reservation at the Japanese themed restaurant. '

'Hotel is wat ons betreft absoluut geen 5 sterren waard. Eenzijdig eten met sterk wisselende kwaliteit. Kamers zijn wel schoon maar stralen absoluut geen gezellige sfeer uit. Zoals trouwens het hele hotel. Word bijna geen Mexicaanse en Latijns-Amerikaanse muziek gedraaid. Personeel wel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam!!! Ideale ligging wat betreft de malecon en de marina. Precies er tussen in. Zeer klein strandje. Wie daar voor gaat kan beter naar Nuevo Vallarta gaan. Wat betreft de omgeving echt...

'En el servicio de alimentos el buffet de comida se repetía en la cena solo había un alimento diferente como panckes o buñuelos. En si, muy repetitivo y poca variedad de alimentos diariamente. Y que los carros se quedan fuera del hotel en la calle no hay tal cual un estacionamiento.'

'This was a vacation for my wife and I. Property is amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms and resort were clean. Food was good depending on the time of day. Breakfast and lunch were always good. Dinner was average. All being said it was still a great vacation. '

'Perfectly located on the beach. Hotel was beautiful but food was horrible. Just checked out today and left hungry. Only meal that was decent was breakfast buffet. Other restaurants were only open at dinner time plus you needed reservations. There’s only a Mexican, Italian & Asian. Felt safe but was hungry. Also no jacuzzi only pool'

'Todo muy bien ...he viajado a muchas franquicias y es muy buen nivel en todos los sentidos ..habia muchos comentarios negativos antes del viaje por otros clientes ,pero tambien hay que entender que hay formas de pedir , apoyar a los empleados con propinas , ellos tratan de hacer lo mejor y ese extra es justo ... hay temas para mejor como todo, hagan un mejor canal de comunicacion cliente- hotel , eso dara muchos datos para ir mejorando ...pero en general SI REGRESO ..'

'Goede accommodatie gelegen in gezellige omgeving, direct aan het strand. Absoluut niet geschikt voor mensen die slecht ter been zijn. Veel restaurants in de omgeving. Kleine supermarkt tegenover het hotel. '
