'We stayed at Finest Playa Mujeres in a swim-up suite (Building 4), which was centrally located and convenient. The room was modern and comfortable, with a well-stocked fridge and great beds—even the sofa bed was surprisingly good. However, some outlets didn’t work, and the bathroom lacks privacy (no door except for the toilet).
The swim-up pool was cold and barely used. The resort itself is beautiful, spacious, and very walkable, with great amenities (kids club, sports courts, spa, wellness...

'The resort is billed as an all inclusive resort. It seems as though you have to be “a member” in order for that to be true. Alcohol was only supplied in the room if you’re a member. Full access to some restaurants only if you’re a member. The food was really not good. The entertainment was basic. The property seemed dated and needed work. The kids area was non existent. I have stayed at RUI properties before and will stick to that brand from now on. '

'Limited Restaurants, Buffet only in morning. Restaurants close without notice and few open get too busy. Even there app will show all restaurants open but not the case.

'Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The beach was definitely the highlight: beautiful water and natural sandbars that we absolutely loved.
The hotel itself was in decent condition, though some areas could use a bit of a refresh. The overall vibe felt very family-oriented, which is great depending on what you’re looking for.
We did wish the pools were a bit deeper for swimming and that there was a swim-up bar. On a positive note, the food was very good with plenty of options to choose...

'Pretty good overall. Maintenance was poor on some areas. The pool table in the beach bar had a broken rail and was never fixed the entire time we were there as an example.
Food was very good in most restaurants except for the Mexican buffet. We ate there the first night and the waiter got our order wrong and was rude when we corrected him. '

'Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Crown Paradise Club Cancun due to several issues.
There are no restaurant options available aside from the main open buffet, which is quite poor compared to other all-inclusive resorts in the area. Restaurant reservations open at 8:00 AM and are fully booked within 2–3 minutes, giving you almost no chance to secure a spot.
Another major issue is the lack of availability at both the beach and the pool. Guests reserve chairs by placing towels on them very early...

'We had a great time and would definitely go again. The rooms were large and clean. House keeping came everyday and did a great job, our fridge was well stocked and we would leave and drink requests on a note with a tip for when they restocked daily. All the staff were very nice throughout the resort. The buffet's were good and had a wide variety, and the restaurants were all very good. The beach is Rocky but as long as you bring water shoes you'll be fine, it was worth it for the snorkeling. '
