'Room was clean and comfortable for what we needed. Very centric area. They do charge for the first night first, in case you want to leave the accommodation. One thing though, it’s just a little odd that they don’t provide dishwashing soap, considering they have a kitchen. Not a deal breaker, but it would be useful.'

'We chose this property because of the included parking. As it turned out, after making the non-refundable reservation, parking wasn't included because we had a small SUV. We were given two addresses of nearby parking lots, one of which we couldn't find and the other of which didn't accept cars overnight.

'I was very disappointed with my stay. The biggest issue was that there was no air conditioning, which made the room extremely uncomfortable. Despite staying there, housekeeping was never provided, so we had to manage without fresh towels or a cleaned room.
The front desk staff was rude and unhelpful, making an already frustrating experience even worse. Customer service was lacking from start to finish.
Also, this property is advertised as a hotel, but it is really operated more like an Airbnb...
