'Our stay was great, the only thing that we got fooled by was that Expedia said all exclusive? Which was not make sure to read carefully. Everything was great, just cancun in general is pretty expensive, expect to waste a lot of money.'

'This resort was amazing for our family vacation! Booking through Expedia provided a room upgrade and our concierge team Kena and Regina were extremely helpful and made sure we had everything we needed.
The a la carte restaurant selection is great (Mediterranean, Brasilian, Japanese, etc), with each providing its own experience with top notch food and service.
We were able to go parasailing, scuba diving, snorkeling and jet skiing right from the resort. Great amenities here. The water park...

'Staff was very friendly but I asked so many times to get my email verification sent after we booked activities and never got them. Also it’s impossible to get into the restaurants without reservation and you can never make them same day or the day before because it was booked the whole time. Buffet options were always the same for the most part even though different nights were labeled “Italian” “French” “American”. Front desk staff, bell boys, servers, house keeping were all amazing and great. '
