Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.

An Exceptional Experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort Our experience at Ocean Rivera Paradise Resort was truly exceptional, and a huge part of what made our stay so memorable was the incredible team. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a level of hospitality that made us feel truly valued. The front desk clerk was wonderful — professional, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a sincere smile. She immediately created a feeling that we were not simply guests, but truly cared for. Our bellman, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. His attentiveness and friendly personality made every interaction pleasant and effortless. At Blue Moon Restaurant, our waiter, and hostess, stood out for their exceptional service. They were attentive, personable, and genuinely passionate about making every dining experience special. Their enthusiasm and attention to detail were evident, and it was clear that they truly enjoy what they do. The Guest Experience team — Deserves special recognition as well. They went above and beyond to ensure that everything was perfect. Their warmth, attentiveness, and willingness to accommodate made us feel incredibly blessed throughout our stay. Our massage therapists, provided an experience that was both professional and relaxing. Their skill, care, and attention made the massages great! We left with wonderful memories.

Nos gustó que está muy limpio. El personal en general es amable aunque a veces se percibe que tienen poco, y por lo mismo no hay quien te atienda. La comida no es la mejor, hay pocas opciones y se siente de calidad media - baja. Las bebidas no nos gustaron para nada, pues utilizan un alcohol genérico, Las únicas opciones que había de alcohol no genérico era Bacardi y José cuervo, pero tenías que pedir específicamente que te lo hicieran con ese alcohol y checar que si lo hicieran, sino te ponían el genérico, además no tienen un menú de bebidas y la cerveza y la mayoría de las bebidas alcohólicas y no alcohólicas como cerveza o refresco se sienten rebajadas con agua, utilizan línea Pepsi pero la mayoría es de máquina. Las pizzas estaban buenas, pero cierran a las 6. Los restaurantes no siempre abren todos, es bajo reserva y realmente a lo mucho conseguirás una porque ya está todo lleno cuando haces check in. Tienen poco personal, no había quien te atienda en la zona de playa, solo en la alberca y eran como 2 personas para todos, así que convenía acercarte directamente a la barra a pedir tus cosas. La música es casi siempre tipo lofi, en general es un hotel más para gente de Estados Unidos grande/jubilada. Creo que es un hotel con una buena infraestructura y personal, pero definitivamente podría mejorar en cuestión de cantidad de personal y calidad en alimentos y sobre todo en bebidas.

The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch one on his way out, they will tell you they are off service. We got a number from an ordinary cab driver, but he didn't dare to come to our hotel. This hotel stinks. The staff will tell you they have nothing to do with the red cabs, but surely they do. We also went to the steak restaurant. We asked for the tenderloin steak with no fat. -. - 1/3th of our steak was fat. The prices for the food are quite high and u have to order every side dish apart from your steak. So if you order a steak, you will get just the steak. We ordered the roasted potato, but it was underdone. Then when we got the bill they charged us a steak that was almost twice as expensive. At first they tried to tell us that we made a mistake, which i think is really odd. They charged us for something different than we had ordered, it was really that easy, but they acted as if they didn't understand. Took them about 30 minutes to understand, and after all the fuzz they still had the guts to try and charge us gratuity.
