Mexico: Kindvriendelijke vakanties

The check in seemed nice, we got a wet towel and a drink which was really tasty, the check in itsself lasted way too long, im not exaggerating when im saying it took at least half an hour. The room and the pools were really nice. We did a round trip and of all the places we've been to the staff in this hotel was the least friendly. There are red cabs outside the hotel. They charge like 3 times the normal price. Ordinary cabs aren't allowed to pick up people from/nearby hotel. If you try to catch one on his way out, they will tell you they are off service. We got a number from an ordinary cab driver, but he didn't dare to come to our hotel. This hotel stinks. The staff will tell you they have nothing to do with the red cabs, but surely they do. We also went to the steak restaurant. We asked for the tenderloin steak with no fat. -. - 1/3th of our steak was fat. The prices for the food are quite high and u have to order every side dish apart from your steak. So if you order a steak, you will get just the steak. We ordered the roasted potato, but it was underdone. Then when we got the bill they charged us a steak that was almost twice as expensive. At first they tried to tell us that we made a mistake, which i think is really odd. They charged us for something different than we had ordered, it was really that easy, but they acted as if they didn't understand. Took them about 30 minutes to understand, and after all the fuzz they still had the guts to try and charge us gratuity.

El servicio es muy bueno, el personal en general es atento con nacionales y extranjeros, hecho que en algunos hoteles es muy notorio la distinción. Los servicios extra son excelente. Como único comentario de mejora, es que los cuartos son muuuuy fríos (mejor eso a que se sienta calor) pero de igual manera pudiera mejor esa situación. Y por otra parte, sería bueno que tengan más variedad en su buffet. Fuera de lo anterior, es un hotel muy familiar y lindo

The property was beautiful. Swim up bar & pool area was excellent. Resort staff were friendly upon arrival. Information was missed during check in because the Vacation timeshare ppl was in a rush to sell vacation shares, the front desk clerk could barely finish providing all information for the resort. We wasn’t able to eat at any restaurants on site because we didn’t get informed of having to make reservations 48hrs prior. The breakfast food was great. Lunch & dinner buffet wasn’t the best to my liking.

Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.

Great place to vacation with the family especially kiddos. Kidsdom activity center has lots of organized activities for kids. Rooms are clean and food great. Adult activities Ceviche, Art , Yoga, Zumba and mixology workshops so so good. As for the Cenote experience, that is unforgettable. Downsides: need more interactive maps as a guide to the very many places in the resort. The raccoons were too many, ravaging through your bags if left on a table and eating up your kids snacks. Shower doors were glass but scummy and needed cleaning also the shower heads were not that clean Overall I would stay there again with my family. Just a few hiccups along the way but friendly staff, great food , drinks, activities and most of all my kids had a really awesome time. Make sure you see theater shows , that was awesome entertainment

I really have nothing to say. They did have space to accommodate me and my friends after i had booked through this website they sent me to another hotel. So i have nothing to comment so they will get poor for not communicating things ahead of time and causing me an inconvenience of changing hotels.
