'Terrible service, especially at the reception desk, they just couldn’t care less. You are just passing through and they know it. Severe issues with the toilets in the lobby/restaurant (see pictures). They didn’t provide enough towels for a family of four, nor toilet paper, no coffee pods (but reading the reviews this has been going on for years now), for every little detail you need to go down to the lobby and ask for it. Bathroom is flooded after taking a shower, and the pillows are the worst....

'The rooms were beautiful had amazing ocean views cute hot tubs on the patio so you have your own private hot tub. Room service was so sweet very accommodating. All staff was very friendly very welcoming. Food was phenomenal and if you sit by the pool, make sure you sit with Patricia she is absolutely amazing. She helped to make our stay one of a kind. '
