'This was our first time using VRBO to rent in PDC and everything was great. The unit was exactly as described and pictured. The condo is in a perfect location with Walmart one short block away and 5th ave/ the beach / a short walking distance. 'Pretty much just as advertised. Very nice property manager named Jessica. King suite with balcony was a good size and climate control worked great. Eli the house keeper was also very nice. House keeping appears to be on request. I only requested it once. The construction of a large condo opposite the balconies is loud but only occurs during the day Monday-Saturday. If patio doors are closed you cannot hear it. The only real issue I had was with the apartment electronic door lock which was...
