Mexico: Luxe vakanties

Great personnel, comfortable beds and of course: the Caribbean Sea! All in all, we had a great experience! The only constructive feedback I can give is to pay more attention to people with food allergies.

The property is nice. This time of year the beach is inaccessible. There were several things we needed or asked for and it seems the general answer was by default, no. The food was overall not as good as other places in the same category I’ve been. The formal dress code for dinner I wasn’t aware of until I arrived, and then was conveniently funneled into the gift shop with plenty of pants and shoes to purchase for men who didn’t show up with them. The staff was very friendly. Plenty of parties if that’s your thing. I won’t go back.

Beautiful property. Staff was amazing very friendly and attentive. Food at restaurants good however buffet was not what I’ve seen at other 5 star restaurants. Besides breakfast which was fine, lunch and dinner were not good options .. no meat options like carved beef or pork, no chicken besides in a sauce. Dessert which normally there’s a whole section was a few cupcakes? No ice cream or jello or pastries…. It’s vacation lol! The room are great with great balcony. Besides on day of music trivia in the pool there are No activities and due to small size you’re compelled to spend money to go outside the resort on excursions… we enjoy them not spent a lot more money than would have liked to keep your teenager/young adult kids entertained. There is zero evening entertainment unfortunately. I’ve been to over 15 all inclusive resorts 4 in Cancun this was the quietest so if that’s what you’re looking for then this is for you. We didn’t enjoy the beach as there was ALOT of seaweed they do their best to clean it but note to us to not go to Cancun in the summer … we normally go during spring break and love the turquoise water! Overall great resort just not what we are used to so won’t return. Highlight of trip is the staff SO FRIENDLY and welcoming!!!

My husband and I take trips to the Caribbean once a year. We typically don't consider going to the same place twice. However, our stay at the Blue Diamond has made us rethink that decision. The customer service, facility, and food were amazing. The food always tasted so fresh and the Mexican dishes were particularly fantastic. Our experience is definitely a memory we won't soon forget. This was hands down one of our best travel experiences.

Overall it was a good experience , the food is above average , expected better … the property is massive and you have to take a gold cart everywhere you go - staff is courteous and helpful

Everything was great I would come here again. I just dont recommend room service food honestly the breakfast was mid. But besides that the restaurants and food you go to was pretty good. The best thing I had was the restaurant with Asian food the most. And room is good with AC. Just cant use ubers aswell.

This was our first experience at this property and we were so impressed. We usually stay at Chileno bay but this impressed us.
